Shopping Terms and Conditions
These sales terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to any goods reserved and ordered through this online store. By submitting an order on this online store, you are deemed to agree to and be bound by these Terms.

Online Shopping Guide
Process: Select products → Checkout → Fill in delivery and payment information → Receive confirmation email, order completed
Shopping
• On the product page you wish to purchase, select the quantity and click “Add to Cart.” You can continue to purchase other items, and after selecting all items, click “Cart” at the top right of the page to enter the checkout page.

Filling in Delivery Information and Payment
• Please log into your member account, fill in the recipient’s name, phone number, and address, and choose a payment method. After completing, please click “Place Order.” As the order is processed by computer, it cannot be canceled or changed after the order is placed. Please note.
• When filling in the order form, please ensure that your name, email address, phone number, credit card details, and delivery address are correct to ensure that the goods are delivered to the designated location as soon as possible.
• The online store is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Order Completion
• Once payment is completed, the order is established, and you will immediately receive a confirmation email in your inbox. You can also log into your member account on this online store to check the order status.
• Goods will generally be delivered to the recipient’s address within 3-6 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Payment
• All product prices in the online store are calculated in Hong Kong dollars. Prices are based on the marked price, and the online store will charge according to the price displayed at the time of payment confirmation.
• You can pay using credit cards and PayPal.
• If you choose the PayPal payment method and fail to complete the payment within three days, the transaction will be automatically canceled.
• You must declare and guarantee that the credit card used to pay for the goods is legal or authorized for use.
• All credit card payments are processed in real-time. Once your credit card payment is verified, we will immediately process your order.

Delivery Arrangement
• If the order has been shipped, you can check the logistics status on the order record page.
Our company uses SF Express for delivery services. Your rights regarding the delivery of goods are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant company; please refer to the delivery methods for details.
• By using our company’s services, you agree that our company entrusts SF Express to handle all matters related to the shipment. Our company will not be responsible for any actions or misconduct of the relevant company.

Exchange and Refund
• Our store provides a quality guarantee for 7 days after receiving the goods. If there is no return or exchange within 7 days, it will be deemed that the delivery is complete.
• Our store checks the packaging of each item before shipping. However, if there are any damages or leaks due to force majeure during transportation, customers can contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods, along with the delivery note and receipt, for follow-up.
• If there are defects in the sold products or if the goods received do not match the order, please contact our customer service within 7 working days of receiving the goods, along with the delivery note and receipt, for follow-up.
• Customers must bring the relevant goods and the delivery note to any Alice Beauty Land branch to exchange the goods. If the return involves shipping costs, the customer must bear the responsibility.

• Our store will carefully handle each exchange request; however, the following examples do not constitute valid reasons for exchange:
i) The color of the product differs from the display on the computer screen.
ii) The packaging style of the product differs from what is shown on the online store.
iii) Minor defects or wrinkles on the surface of the packaging.
iv) Requests for exchange due to personal preference or physical condition.

• The following items are not eligible for exchange:
i) Goods received more than 7 days ago.
ii) Exchange items.
iii) Opened and used products.
iv) Products marked with “No exchange or refund.”
v) Free gifts.

• All arrangements for exchange and refund are subject to the final decision of our store in case of disputes.

Others
• All products sold are photographed in real life. Due to environmental, lighting, printing, and image composition factors during photography, the actual product may have slight discrepancies from the images. We kindly ask for consumers’ understanding.
• Customers who place orders online, even if the computer system shows that the transaction is completed and a delivery note and shipping order are sent via email, our store reserves the final right to accept or reject the order.
• Our company has the right to unilaterally change all the above and other related terms regarding the sale of goods, including but not limited to prices and payment methods, without prior notice.

The above terms of use (i.e., sales terms) are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and, according to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, you agree that the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes and claims regarding the terms of use and sales terms. This website is based on the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and agrees to comply with Hong Kong law.
